Also, thank you to everyone who has messaged me about being featured on! I will try my best to reply shortly.

UGH! My head!

Oekaki drawing.

For some reason, my room was VERY hot when I drew this. End of story.

Quick Self

A quick self portrait I drew during an OC session with Ericka. I didn't use any reference so it doesn't look too much like me.... or maybe it does. I am not sure.

Make a big splash.

I uploaded this to dA but removed it because it was too..... simple. Anyhow, rerun!

Tree for you.

Two things I haven't seen much of lately:
_Warm colors

Oh-well, this one is for you.

Same Shit.

I am searching for sunlight.
But I keep getting the same-

I wonder if I am the only one who feels they don't belong in this city.

The morning commute: and other tales of aggravation.

It's finally getting warm outside!

Birthday thing.

I want to thank EVERYONE who wished me a happy birthday. You all have made my day a little more happy with every message, email, phone call and text that you've sent. Thank you so much for remembering me!

As for this piece, it is yet ANOTHER drawing from the Open Canvas session with Ericka.

One sunburn later.

I miss the sun. I miss the summer. I miss vacation. Just to say the least.

A little sunlight helped me realize:

-When your brain is being overwhelmed with too much unsorted data.
-When you are not fighting the current.
-When you don't know what you like and dislike.
-When you don't know if you are dreaming it or living it.
-When you can't see light or dark, just gray.
-When you don't know who you are rebelling against.

It is time answer some questions.

Burn, burn, burn, Burn out.

Page three of my sketchbook. There may be a few paintings hidden in this image, waiting to be created.

I am just waking up from my celebration hang over to an empty bed made of loose sand and unpacked clothes. Oddly enough, we were able to escape the sights and sounds of the fireworks yet I didn't feel like I missed anything. Flashes of fire in the sky are so temporary, but so are clean hands.

What is this?

Aftermath of distorted guitars.

Creation and destruction of the same piece. Its been a while, but I am FINALLY enjoying creating stuff again. I have been bound by too many rules, assignments, and restrictions to be able to do what I want. I just want to enjoy making things.

As for this piece, I was experimenting and having some fun with text, scribbles, line weight, effects and just seeing what I can do. Just a release of energy from work.

Testing out different pens.

Some thoughts: "It never rains." There haven't been many thunderstorms in San Francisco for the past few years. This city needs the loud flashes of light and the loud roars. I think people take advantage of the consistency of the weather here. The minute changes in seasons make you lose track of the years.

I want the rain.

A collection of drawings done at Dolores Park.

Introduction: the first of many posts. I am excited to think of the possibilities of this blog. I want to, basically, use this as a space to share my ideas with whoever wants to view. I hope to turn this empty space into a huge collection rough drawings, dirty sketches, smudged doodles, crude writings, blank thoughts, ugly photos and anything else I make.
